Booking Policies & Rules

Please read these policies carefully before making a booking. By completing a reservation you agree to all terms below.

Cancellation & Refunds

How we handle cancellations and what you're entitled to

💳 Wallet refunds are processed within 24 hours. Online (Paystack) refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

To cancel, go to My Bookings → Cancel or contact the front desk directly. Cancellations must be made through the platform to be eligible for a refund.

Weekly and monthly bookings cancelled mid-period are refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused days, subject to the notice period above.

Booking Rules

What you need to know when making a reservation

Advance booking required. All spaces must be booked at least 2 hours in advance. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.

Capacity limits are strictly enforced. The number of guests must not exceed the capacity listed for each space. Additional guests will be asked to leave.

Booking extensions must be requested at least 30 minutes before your session ends and are subject to availability. Extension fees apply at the standard hourly rate.

Late arrivals. Your booking slot starts at your reserved time regardless of arrival. No refund or extension is given for late arrivals.

One booking per slot. A space can only be booked by one party at a time. Double bookings are prevented by our system.

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Minors may use the space when accompanied by an adult.

Code of Conduct

Behaviour expected from all guests

Respect shared spaces. Be considerate of other guests. Keep noise levels appropriate for the environment.

No smoking anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. This is a strictly smoke-free facility.

No alcohol or substances. Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Food and drinks. Light snacks and covered beverages are permitted. Hot meals with strong odours are not allowed in the coworking spaces.

Equipment handling. Handle all equipment with care. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the booking account at replacement cost.

Zero tolerance for harassment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban.

Leave it as you found it. Please tidy up your space before leaving. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.

⚠️ Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund and potential suspension of your account.

Payment Policy

Accepted methods, wallet top-ups and billing

Full payment is required upfront. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods: Wallet balance, Paystack (cards & bank transfer), or cash/transfer at the front desk (walk-in only).

Wallet top-ups are processed via your virtual bank account. Transfer to your unique account number and the balance updates automatically.

Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of all fees. There are no hidden charges.

Pricing changes. Webbliss reserves the right to update pricing. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

Space Usage

Rules specific to how our spaces may be used

Permitted use only. Spaces are for the purpose stated at booking (coworking, content creation, gaming). Using a space for unrelated commercial activities is not allowed without prior approval.

No subletting. You may not sublet or transfer your booking to another party without our written permission.

Studio spaces — all equipment must be used responsibly. Bring your own memory cards and storage. We are not liable for lost recordings.

Gaming stations — no modification of game settings, profiles, or system software is permitted. Report any technical issues to staff immediately.

Internet usage. Our Wi-Fi is for legitimate business and creative use only. Torrenting, illegal downloads, or bandwidth-heavy streaming unrelated to your session is prohibited.

Lost items. Webbliss is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Please take all your items when you leave.

Liability

Our responsibilities and limitations

Webbliss is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered on the premises unless caused by our negligence.

We reserve the right to close or modify spaces at any time for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons. Affected bookings will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

Force majeure. We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (power outages, natural disasters, government restrictions). Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

CCTV notice. Our premises are monitored by CCTV cameras for security purposes. Footage may be used in the event of an incident.
